- Corfu town: It must be one of the most beautiful and most impressive towns in Greece. Its architecture is influenced by all the civilizations that occupied the island. It is a well organised town with many elegant buildings, palaces, Byzantine churches, squares full of flowers and endless paved alleys. The town has the charm of Italian towns such as Naples. The famous sights of the town are: the central square Spiniada or Esplanade, the Ionion Academy, the Palace of Saint Michael and Georges, the Liston, the Square of the Saint, the neighbourhood of Mandouki, the Kanoni Peninsula, the old and new fortress and many more.

- Palaiokastritsa: It is one of the most picturesque villages of Corfu and it is for that reason, one of the most famous. It has turned into an important resort. The village is located 26 km northwest of Corfu’s town and has a population of 750 inhabitants.

The village of Palaiokastritsa is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by dramatic hills and cliffs. It also has some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, famous for their incredible colours.
-Aggelokastro, the Byzantine fortress: The fortress is situated near Palaiokastritsa and was built in the 13th century by Michael Angelo B’ on a hill of 330 m high. The fortress was built in order to protect the inhabitants from the frequent pirate raids.

- Achillionit: It was built in 1891 by Empress of Austria, Elisabeth. The palace is located near the village of Gastouri. The palace took the name of Achillion in honour of Achilles whom the Empress admired. After the death of Elisabeth, the palace was then used by the Kaiser of Germany Vilhelm II. The palace was used during World War II as a hospital and a headquarters. At the end of the war, the palace became a public property. The palace can be visited and one can admire beautiful paintings, personal belongings of the Empress and the Kaiser and much more.
